Notice is hereby given, pursuant to regulation 15(1)(a) of the European Economic Interest Grouping Regulations 1989, that the following European Economic Interest Grouping, whose official address is in Great Britain, has been formed. Name of Grouping: TYCO TREASURY EEIG. Registration No. of Grouping: GE173. Date of Registration of Grouping: 30th October 2000. Place of Registration of Grouping: Cardiff—United Kingdom. Objects for which the Grouping is Formed: The objects of the EEIG shall be to facilitate and develop the economic activities of its Members and to improve or increase the results of those activities in particular by undertaking for Members: Treasury Services (including entering into pooling and other Treasury arrangements), Administrative Services, Administrative Support on a variety of related or ancillary issues: and by doing such other things as (i) may benefit the activities of the Members or (ii) may be incidental or conducive to the attainment of such objects (including entering into Treasury arrangements with those group companies who are not members so as to deal more effectively with members’ funds.
