In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Manchester District Registry.  No. 1407 of 2000 In the Matter of GRAPHIC FOUR (a Partnership) and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 and in the Matter of the Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994 A Petition to wind up the above-named Partnership of Unit 7, The Quad, Chester West, Sealand Road, Chester CH1 4QR, presented on 14th August 2000 by Surjit Singla of Morison Stoneham, Moriston House, 75 Springfield Road, Chelmsford, Essex CM2 6JB, the trustee in bankruptcy of Hazel Catherine Wolfe and John Paul Wolfe, Members of the Partnership, will be heard at the Manchester Courts of Justice, 184 Deansgate, Manchester, on 25th September 2000, at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or his Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 22nd September 2000.
