NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL ROAD WORKS

Three months advance notice is hereby given that Wandsworth Borough Council intends to carry out substantial road works. The streets and roads in which the works will take place and the works involved are as follows: Akehurst Street, London S.W.15, off Rodway Road—reconstruction of footways. Beaufoy Road, London S.W.11, off Queenstown Road—reconstruction of footways. Bushnell Road, London S.W.17, between Ritherdon Road and Elmbourne Road—reconstruction of footways. Evesham Way, London S.W.11, off Dunston Road—reconstruction of footways. Felsham Road, London S.W.15, between Bemish Road and Putney High Street—reconstruction of footways. Fieldview, London S.W.18, between Magdalen Road and Burntwood Lane—reconstruction of footways. Gunners Road, London S.W.18, between Fieldview and Tilehurst Road—reconstruction of footways. Holmburg Court, London S.W.17, off Upper Tooting Road—reconstruction of footways. Manville Road, London S.W.17, between Ritherdon Road and Elmbourne Road—reconstruction of footways. Nepean Street, London S.W.15, off Rodway Road—reconstruction of footways. Pier Terrace, London S.W.18, off Wandsworth Bridge End Road—reconstruction of footways. Portslade Road, London S.W.4, off Wandsworth Road—reconstruction of footways. Rodway Road, London S.W.15, between Roehampton Lane and Roehampton High Street—reconstruction of footways. Streathbourne Road, London S.W.17, between Balham High Road and Elmbourne Road—reconstruction of footways. Terrapin Road, London S.W.17, between Bushnell Road and Bedford Hill—reconstruction of footways. Trinity Crescent, London S.W.17, between Trinity Road and Balham High Road—reconstruction of footways. Umbria Street, London S.W.15, between Akehurst Street and Nepean Street—reconstruction of footways. Veronica Road, London S.W.17, between Bushnell Road and Bedford Hill—reconstruction of footways. Works are expected to commence on 11th December 2000. Subject to the exemptions in the Act and Regulations made under it, no street works may be executed for a period of 12 months from completion of the works described above without the consent of the said Highway Authority, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
