THE CHESHAM PRESS PENSION FUND AND LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME (“the Scheme”)

NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND BENEFICIARIES FOR CLAIMS UNDER TRUSTEE ACT 1925, SECTION 27(1)

Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, notice is given that all Creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Scheme including any former part-time employee who claims to have been unlawfully excluded from membership of the Scheme are required to send particulars in writing to Mr. Stubbs at 20-26 Brunswick Place, London N1 6DZ, on or before 1st November 2000, after which date the Trustees of the Scheme will proceed to distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the Scheme or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons whose claims or demands they then have not had notice. If you have already been in contact with Aon Consulting you need not respond to this notice.
