Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Rolls House, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NH, on 28th September 2000, at 10.30 a.m., for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s account of the winding-up and determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 174 of the said Act. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote, who need not be a Creditor of the Company. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged at the offices of Ernst & Young, Rolls House, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NH, by 12 noon on 27th September 2000. C. J. W.
