NOTICE OF CANCELLATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 16 OF THE INDUSTRIAL AND PROVIDENT SOCIETIES ACT 1965

Notice is hereby given that the Central Office have, pursuant to the above-mentioned section, this day cancelled the registration of Penrhys Community Credit Union Limited (Register No. 145 C), the registered office of which is at Y-Ffynnon Centre, Penrhys, Ferndale, Mid Glamorgan, at its request. The Credit Union ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered credit union, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the Credit Union, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
