In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No. 4504 of 2000 In the Matter of L H WAREHOUSING LIMITED and in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of The Old Bus Company, Philadelphia Lane, Philadelphia, Houghton Le Spring, Tyne and Wear DH4 4ES, presented on 21st July 2000 by Frank Keenlyside, 22 Ferneybeds Estate, Widdrington Station, Morpeth, Northumberland NE61 5RD, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 6th September 2000, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
