Notice is hereby given that Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 49 London Road, St. Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 1LJ, on Wednesday, 20th September 2000, at 10.30 a.m. and 11 a.m. respectively, for the following purposes: that the Liquidator’s report and final receipts and payments account be approved; that the Liquidator be authorised to take the necessary steps to conclude the winding-up and that his release be effective upon notification of the outcome of the Meetings to the Registrar of Companies; and that the Liquidator be authorised to destroy the Company’s books and records together with his own books and records in relation to the winding-up on the expiration of 12 months following notification to the Registrar of Companies as referred to above. Completed proxies should be lodged at the offices of Morton Thornton & Co., Torrington House, 47 Holywell Hill, St. Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 1HD, by no later than 12 noon on the business day prior to the Meetings.
