THE TRUNK ROAD (ABERYSTWYTH, DYFED) (PROHIBITION OF RIGHT-HAND TURN) ORDER 1980 (REVOCATION) ORDER 200

Notice is hereby given that the Assembly Secretary for Environment proposes to make an Order under sections 1, 2 and 124 of and Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of this Order will be to revoke the Trunk Road (Aberystwyth, Dyfed) (Prohibition of Right-hand Turn) Order 1980 and formally remove the ban on right turns which, since the junction of the A44 at Llanbadarn Fawr with Heol-y-Llan was improved in conjunction with the Safeways development at Parc-y-Lyn, is no longer required. A copy of the proposed Order and the Order being revoked, together with its plan, may be inspected, free of charge, during normal office hours at The Town Hall, Aberystwyth, during a period of 21 days from 23rd August 2000. Objections, specifying the grounds on which they are made and quoting Ref. ZC 510-3-2-34, must be sent in writing to The National Assembly for Wales, Transport Directorate, Roads Administration Division 3, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF1 3NQ, by 15th September 2000. In the preparation of an objection and the statement of grounds of objection, it should be borne in mind that the substance of any ground of objection or representation may be communicated to other people affected by it.
