NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION CONSENT

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Schedule 10 of the above Act that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Mr. D. & Mrs. J. Chan, 34 Gladstone Street, Workington, Cumbria CA14 2XH, to discharge a maximum of 0.81 cubic metres per day of fully treated effluent via a Klargester “BA” Biodisc from a new dwelling at Stonefell Gate, Swallow Hill, Distington, Cumbria to an unnamed tributary of the Distington Beck at National Grid Reference NY 007 222. Any persons wishing to make representations about the application should do so in writing to Pam Barnes, Authorisations Officer, Environment Agency, Customer Services Section, Ghyll Mount, Gillan Way, Penrith, Cumbria CA11 9BP, no later than 2nd October 2000 quoting Ref.
