STOPPING-UP OF PART OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH H24 AMBER WAY, HALESOWEN

Notice is hereby given that an application will be made to the Stourbridge Magistrates Court at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, 26th September 2000, sitting at the Court House, New Road, Stourbridge, for an Order under section 116 of the Highways Act 1980 in respect of the highways over which vehicular rights are to be stopped and highways to be stopped up. The length of highway affected is as follows: That length of Public Footpath H24 that commences at the northern end of Pitcairn Drive, running in a generally north-easterly direction for approximately 245 metres to the western boundary of Amber Way to recommence on the eastern side of Amber Way, now running generally east for approximately 45 metres to turn north-eastward for approximately 25 metres to recommence approximately 10 metres further on, until it terminates at a public footpath from Amber Way to Chancel Way. A map showing the effect of the Order, if granted, may be examined at the Council House, Dudley, during normal office hours. A.
