SELBY CONSTRUCTION LIMITEDNotice is hereby given that, in pursuance of section 98 and 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986, a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the Bonnington Hotel, 92 Southampton Row, London WC1B 4BH, on Tuesday, 5th September 2000, at 11.30 a.m., for the purpose of having a full statement of the position of the Company’s affairs, together with a list of the Creditors of the Company and the estimated amount of their claims laid before them, and for the purpose of appointing a Liquidator and a Liquidation Committee. Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged with the Company at its registered office at the offices of B. Mistry & Co., Pride House, Rectory Lane, Edgware, Middlesex HA8 7LG, not later than 12 noon on the working day before the Meeting.
