No. 004673 of 2000 In the Matter of TEMPLE FOODS LIMITEDand in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 286 Brixton Hill, London SW2 1HT, presented on 27th July 2000 by Malcolm Barker, Poultry Specialists Limited, whose registered office is situate at 9 Bridewell Place, London EC4V 6AZ, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 20th September 2000, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 19th September 2000.
