Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Moore Stephens Booth White, Victory House, Admiralty Place, Chatham Maritime, Kent ME4 4QU, on Monday, 18th September 2000, at 10.30 a.m. and 10.40 a.m. respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings, and the conduct of the winding-up to date.
