Notice is hereby given that Annual and Final Meetings of the Members of Wellington Design Consultants Limited will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton, Grant Thornton House, Melton Street, Euston Square, London NW1 2EP, on 20th September 2000, at 10.30 a.m. and 10.45 a.m. respectively for the purpose of having an account laid before them by the Liquidator (pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986), showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Grant Thornton, Grant Thornton House, Melton Street, Euston Square, London NW1 2EP, by not later than 12 noon on 19th September 2000. G.
