Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Piper Thompson, Mulberry House, 53 Church Street, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 8DJ, on Wednesday, 27th September 2000, at 11 a.m., for the purposes of receiving an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings, and of the conduct of the winding-up. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting, may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company.
