A Final Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purposes of fixing the rate of the Liquidator’s remuneration; receiving the Liquidator’s report of the winding-up; and all other matters to be determined under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
