In the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) Companies Court.  No. 4403 of 2000 In the Matter of ANGLO EUROPEAN TRANSPORT LIMITEDand in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 3 Barn Cottages, Church Road, Stowupland, Stowmarket, Suffolk IP14 4BG, presented on 18th July 2000 by HM Customs and Excise of Northgate House, St. Peters Street, Colchester, Essex CO1 1HT, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 6th September 2000, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitors in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 5th September 2000.
