Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Parkin S. Booth & Co., 44 Old Hall Street, Liverpool L3 9EB, on 3rd October 2000, at 2.45 p.m., to be followed at 3 p.m. respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before the Meetings, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
