THE A38 TRUNK ROAD (WEST OF LANDRAKE) (PROHIBITION OF RIGHT TURN) ORDER 2000

The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions hereby gives notice that he made this Order on 18th August 2000, coming into force on 24th August 2000, on the A38 Trunk Road at Landrake, in the district of Caradon, in the county of Cornwall. The notice of the proposal to make if (Ref. HA 41/29/64) was published in issue number 55865 of The London Gazette, on 5th June 2000, and the effect of the Order is as described in that notice. A copy of the made Order, and of a plan illustrating the effect of the Order and the alternative route may be inspected, during normal office hours, at the offices of Cornwall County Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY, Caradon District Council, Luxstowe House, Liskeard, Cornwall PL14 5DP, and at Landrake Post Office, Tideford Road, Landrake, Cornwall PL12 5DP. They may also be obtained by application to the Highways Agency, Project Services Operations (South Wales), Room 414, Tollgate House, Houlton Street, Bristol BS2 9DJ, quoting Ref. HA 41/29/64. Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity thereof, or of any provision contained therein, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act, or of regulations made thereunder, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may, within 6 weeks from 18th August 2000, apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or any provisions contained therein.
