THE HAVERING (FREE PARKING PLACES) (DISABLED PERSONS) (AMENDMENT NO.   ) ORDER 200 

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Havering, hereinafter called the Council, propose to make the above-mentioned Order, under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
The effect of the Order would be to designate a disabled parking place, operative at any time, on the west side of Victoria Close, from a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 61-89 and Nos. 63-87 Victoria Close extending southward for a distance of 5 metres and with a vehicle to wait with the nearside wheels on the footway.
A copy of the proposed Order, of the Order being amended, of the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order and a plan showing the location and effects of the Order can be inspected, until the end of 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Order, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Directorate of Environment & Planning Reception, 7th Floor, Mercury House, Mercury Gardens, Romford, Essex RM1 3SL.
Any person desiring to object to the proposed Order or make other representation should send a statement in writing of either their objection or representations and the grounds thereof to the Head of Transportation and Engineering, London Borough of Havering, Mercury House, Mercury Gardens, Romford, Essex RM1 3SL, by 8th September 2000.
