Notice is hereby given that the Final Meeting of Creditors of Nova (Jersey) Knit plc will be held at the offices of Grant Thornton, Grant Thornton House, Euston Square, Melton Street, London NW1 2EP, on Thursday, 14th September 2000, at 10.30 a.m., for the purposes of having an account laid before them by the Joint Liquidators pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Grant Thornton, Grant Thornton House, Euston Square, Melton Street, London NW1 2EP, by no later than 12 noon on the day before the Meeting.
