Title: Leasehold. Lease: An underlease dated 22nd April 1982, and made between Pinwood Holdings Limited (1) and Maxwells (Kensington) Limited (2) and Richard John Peter Burls. Property: The property situated at a lock-up shop situated on the ground floor and basement of 148 Gloucester Road, South Kensington, London SW7. The Treasury Solicitor: The Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury of Queen Anne’s Chambers, 28 Broadway, London SW1H 9JS (DX 123240 St. James’s Park). In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, The Treasury Solicitor as nominee for the Crown in whom the property and rights of the Company vested, pursuant to section 654 of the Companies Act 1985, when the Company was dissolved on the above metioned date hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any), in the property the vesting of the property having come to his attention on 3rd August 2000.
