Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnership Act 1907, that under an agreement for the post acquisition reorganisation of Allied London Properties PLC dated 14th August 2000 and made between inter alios, (1) Chamarel Associates Limited, (2) South Ocean Limited and others, (3) Allied London Properties PLC and (4) Elko Advisors (Two) Limited, Nabarda Holdings Inc. transferred to IBIS (586) Limited its entire interest in the M25 Orbital Limited Partnership. (registration number LP5708).
