Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final General Meetings of the Members of the above-named Companies, will be held at the office of Deloitte & Touche, Queen Anne House, 69-71 Queen Square, Bristol BS1 4JP, on Tuesday, 12th September 2000, at 11 a.m., for the purposes of having an account laid before them, and to receive the report of the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the Companies disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company. P. L.
