NOTICE OF AMENDMENT TO A PERMANENT RESTRICTION (30 M.P.H. SPEED RESTRICTION) (A525 UPPER DENBIGH ROAD, ST. ASAPH) ORDER 2000
Denbighshire County Council hereby give notice that it proposes to make an Order under sections 82(2), 83(2) and 84(1) and (2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to remove the existing 30 m.p.h. speed limit from the length of road referred to in the Schedule to this notice. The County of Flint (Built Up Areas) Order 1935 together with any other previous Orders which relate to the said length of road will be amended in so far as they will no longer relate to the length of road referred to in the Schedule. A copy of the proposed Order, together with a map showing the length of road to which the proposed Order relates and a statement of the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be examined at St. Asaph Library, off The Roe, St. Asaph, and at Russell House, Churton Road, Rhyl, during normal office hours. Objections to the proposed Order, together with the grounds on which they are made should be sent in writing to the undersigned by 13th September 2000 quoting Ref. SBH/H.14/27. I. K.
