ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 23
PROPOSED RELOCATION OF ZEBRA CROSSING

The Council of the London Borough of Camden having consulted the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis and the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 23 and 25 of Part III to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, hereby gives notice that it intends to relocate the existing zebra crossing in Gray’s Inn Road near the junction with Baldwin’s Gardens to a point 3 metres in a north-west direction together with the zig-zag markings. A plan showing the proposed crossing location may be inspected during normal office hours, Mondays to Fridays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. inclusive, at the Environment Department reception desk, at the address mentioned below. Should any person wish to comment or make suggestions, they should send a statement in writing of their views and the grounds thereof, to the Director of Environment Department, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street Entrance, London WC1H 8EQ, within 28 days on which this notice is published.
