At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at The Mill House, Laverstoke, Whitchurch, Hampshire RG28 7NS, on 29th July 2000, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that James Earp, of Grant Thornton, Grant Thornton House, Melton Street, Euston Square, London NW1 2EP, be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.” I.
