A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator under sections 105 and 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of receiving the Liquidator’s report on the conduct of the Liquidation, receiving the Liquidator’s final receipts and payments account, confirming that the Liquidator may obtain his release and confirming that the books and records may be destroyed. The Meeting will be held at Clareville House, 26-27 Oxendon Street, London SW1Y 4EP, on 21st September 2000, at 12 noon. A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than 20th September 2000, to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting, together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one.
