A Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company has been summoned by the Liquidator for the purpose of an Annual Meeting pursuant to section 105 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and Final Meeting pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, to approve the Liquidators’ receipts and payments account and accept their report on the conduct of the Liquidation, agree that the Liquidators’ obtain their release and approve the disposal of the Company’s books and records. The Meeting will be held at Clareville House, 26-27 Oxendon Street, London SW1Y 4EP, on 19th September 2000, at 11 a.m. A proxy form must be lodged with me not later than 18th September 2000, to entitle you to vote by proxy at the Meeting, together with a completed proof of debt form if you have not already lodged one.
