At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at The Alpine Hotel, 16-22 Moreton Road, South Croydon CR2 7DL, on 9th August 2000, the following Extraordinary Resolution was duly passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Meeting that this Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is desirable that the same should be wound up, and that the Company be wound up accordingly, and that Nigel G. Mallett, of NMGW & Co., Crown House, 37-41 Prince Street, Bristol BS1 4PS, be and he is hereby appointed the Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” P. N. Miller
