WATER RESOURCES ACT 1991—SCHEDULE 10 (AS AMENDED BY THE ENVIRONMENT ACT 1995)
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECTION 88

Notice is hereby given in accordance with schedule 10 of the above Act that an application has been made to the Environment Agency by Red Deer Herbs Limited, for consent to discharge up to 15 cubic metres per day of trade effluent comprising herb processing wash water to a tributary of the Bourne Brook at National Grid Reference SO 9828 4283 from Red Deer Herbs Limited, Earl’s Croome, Worcester.
Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to K. Riglar, Team Leader, Water Quality Consenting at the Agency’s offices at Riversmeet House, Newtown Industrial Estate, Northway Lane, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire GL20 8JG, during the period 14th August 2000 to 25th September 2000, quoting ref. CP/LS/61352.
The Environment Agency is committed to maintaining and, where possible, improving water quality. If, after full consideration of this application and any representations made by interested parties it is decided that consent can be granted, then conditions will be imposed to ensure that the effluent receives treatment before discharge to the receiving waters so that the above aims are met.
A copy of the application may be inspected, free of charge, during normal office hours at the Agency’s offices at the above address.
