BYE-LAWS

Notice is hereby given that the Sow and Penk Internal Drainage Board intend to apply, at the expiration of one calendar month from the date of the publication of this notice, to the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries & Food, for the confirmation of Bye-Laws made by the Board for securing the efficient working of the drainage system in their area. During a period of one calendar month from the date of publication of this notice, a copy of the said Bye-Laws will be kept at the office of the Board at 20 South Parade, Doncaster DN1 2DP, and will be open to public inspection, free of charge, on any weekday durign normal office hours. During the same period printed copies of the Bye-Laws will be supplied on demand, free of charge, to any person on application to the Board. Any objection to the confirmation of the Bye-Laws should be made in writing and addressed to the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries & Food, Room 309, Eastbury House, 30-34 Albert Embankment, London SE1 7TRL, within 6 weeks of the date of publication of this notice.
