THE CAMDEN (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS) (SPA) (AMENDMENT NO. 61) ORDER 2000

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Camden on 3rd August 2000 made the above-mentioned Order, under sections 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985 and the Road Traffic Act 1991, the details as previously published in The London Gazette on 22nd June 2000, under Ref. 152. The general nature and effect of the (Waiting and Loading) Order will be to: (a) Introduce “at any time” waiting restrictions in Adelaide Road on the both sides between a point 21 metres west of the western kerb-line of Elsworthy Rise and a point 32 metres east of the eastern kerb-line of Elsworthy Rise. (b) Introduce a free motorcycle parking bay in Healey Street. A copy of the Order, which will come into force on 14th August 2000, together with details/plan showing the location, may be inspected, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Environment Department Reception, Fifth Floor, Town Hall, Argyle Street, London WC1H 8EQ. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order, or of any provison contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the making of the Order, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
