HOLLAND PARK AVENUE AND NOTTING HILL GATE

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, on 11th August 2000, made the above Orders. The general effect of the Orders will be to permanently remove all parking metres in Holland Park Avenue and Notting Hill Gate and replace them with “Pay and Display” parking facilities. These changes will involve no loss of existing parking capacity. Copies of the Orders which will come into operation for all purposes on 2nd October 2000, and all other relevant documents can be inspected, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of 6 weeks from the date of the Orders were made, in The Traffic Section, Room 317, The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX. Further information may be obtained by telephoning the Directorate of Transportation and Highways on 020-7361 2519. Any persons desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
