No. 1856 of 2000 In the Matter of BEECH GREEN LIMITEDand in the Matter of the Insolvency Act 1986 A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Unit 5, Rassau Industrial Estate, Rassau, Ebbw Vale, Gwent NP3 5SD, presented on 12th July 2000 by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise, Cardiff VAT Office, Portcullis House, 21 Cowbridge Road East, Cardiff CF1 9SS, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Leeds District Registry, The Courthouse, Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 1BG, on 22nd August 2000, at 10.30 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard). Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 21st August 2000.
