Notice is hereby given that Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 49 London Road, St. Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 1LJ, on Tuesday, 5th September 2000, at 10.30 a.m. and 11 a.m. respectively, for the following purposes: that the Liquidator’s report and final receipts and payments account be approved, that the Liquidator be authorised to take the necessary steps to conclude the winding-up and that his release be effective upon notification of the outcome of the Meetings to the Registrar of Companies and that the Liquidator be authorised to destroy the Company’s books and records together with his own books and records in relation to the winding-up on the expiration of 12 months following notification to the Registrar of Companies as referred to in the previous paragraph. Proxies should be lodged at the offices of Morton Thornton & Co., Torrington House, 47 Holywell Hill, St. Albans, Hertfordshire AL1 1HD, by no later than 12 noon on the business day prior to the Meetings.
