Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at 9 Portland Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham B16 9HN, on 18th September 2000, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of laying before the Meeting an account showing how the winding-up has been concluded and the Company’s property disposed of and giving an explanation of it.
