Meetings of Creditors

A V SHENTON LIMITEDNotice is hereby given, pursuant to section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at The Moat House Hotel, Festival Way, Stoke-on-Trent, Etruria, Staffordshire ST1 5BQ, on 5th September 2000, at 11 a.m., for the purposes mentioned in sections 99 to 101 of the said Act. A list of the names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors may be inspected, free of charge, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. at PricewaterhouseCoopers, 8 Ridge House, Ridge House Drive, Festival Park, Stoke-on-Trent ST1 5SJ, on the two business days preceding the date of the Meeting. Creditors wishing to vote at the Meeting must (unless they are individual Creditors attending in person) ensure their proxies are received at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Cornwall Court, 19 Cornwall Street, Birmingham B3 2DT, no later than 12 noon on the business day preceding the date of the Meeting.
