NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PUBLIC GAS TRANSPORTER LICENCE UNDER SECTION 7 OF THE GAS ACT 1986

E. S. Pipelines Ltd, whose principal office is situated at Prospect Wells House, Outwood Lane, Chipstead, Coulsdon, Surrey CR5 3NA, hereby gives notice that it has made an application to the Director General of Gas Supply for a Public Gas Transporter licence under section 7 of the Gas Act 1986 authorising it to: (a) convey gas through pipes to any premises in an area at Newhailes Industrial Estate, Newhailes Road, Musselburgh, East Lothian, Scotland EH13 6RU (O/S Ref. 0332783 0872195) further defined on a map available from E. S. Pipelines Ltd, Prospect Wells House, Outwood Lane, Chipstead, Coulsdon, Surrey CR5 3NA, and (b) convey gas through pipes to any pipeline system operated by another public gas transporter which is designed to receive gas at an operating pressure not exceeding 7 bar gauge.
