At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at The Dower House, Ilmington, Shipston-on-Stour CV34 1LJ, on 26th July 2000, the following Special Resolutions were duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Ronald Eric Speight, of Moore Stephens Booth White, Beaufort House, 94-96 Newhall Street, Birmingham B3 1PB, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the winding-up.” P.
