Title: Freehold. Property: The property situated at 39 Ellis Road, Clacton-on-Sea, Essex. The Treasury Solicitor: The Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury, of Queen Anne’s Chambers, 28 Broadway, London SW1H 9JS (DX 123240 St. James’s Park). In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, the Treasury Solicitor as nominee for the Crown in whom the property and rights of the Company vested, pursuant to section 654 of the Companies Act 1985, when the Company was dissolved on the above-mentioned date hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any), in the property the vesting of the property having come to his attention on 11th August 1999.
