NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER UNDER SECTION 656 OF THE COMPANIES ACT 1985

In this notice the following shall apply:

Company Name: BJK GARAGES LIMITED.Company Number: 01756530.
Date of Dissolution: 4th July 2000.
Title: Leasehold.
Lease: A Lease dated 4th October 1989 and made between Cyril Charles Mack (1) and the Company (2).
Property: The property situated at Station Road, Southwold, Norfolk being the land comprised in and demised by the above mentioned Lease.
Treasury Solicitor: The Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury, of Queen Anne’s Chambers, 28 Broadway, London SW1H 9JS (DX 123420 St. James’s Park).
In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, the Treasury Solicitor as nominee for the Crown (in whom the property and rights of the Company vested, pursuant to section 654 of the Companies Act 1985, when the Company was dissolved on the above mentioned date) hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the property the vesting of the property having come to his notice on 18th July 2000.
