Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Royce Peeling Green, Hilton Chambers, 15 Hilton Chambers, Manchester M1 1JL, on Thursday, 14th September 2000, at 12.15 p.m. and 12.30 p.m. for the purpose of showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
