Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of BKR Haines Watts, Elsworth House, 94 Alfred Gelder Street, Hull HU1 2SW, on 8th September 2000, at 10 a.m. and 10.30 a.m., for the purposes of having an account laid before them, showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to vote at the Meetings of Members or Creditors may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his/her stead. Such a proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. J.
