At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Distington House, 26 Atlas Way, Sheffield S4 7QQ, on 28th July 2000, the subjoined Special Resolutions were duly passed: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Meeting that this Company should be voluntarily wound up, and that the Company be wound up accordingly, and that Philip Andrew Revill and John Russell, of 93 Queen Street, Sheffield S1 1WF, Insolvency Practitioners duly qualified under the Insolvency Act 1986, be and are hereby appointed Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.” By Order of the Board.
