Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Cooper Young, Kirkdale House, Kirkdale Road, London E11 1HP, on 28th August 2000, at 2 p.m. and 2.15 p.m. respectively, for the purposes of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted, and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation which may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member or Creditor. Proxy forms must be returned to the offices of Cooper Young, Kirkdale House, Kirkdale Road, London E11 1HP, no later than 12 noon on the day before the Meeting. Z. Iqbal, Liquidator
