In this notice the following shall apply: Company Name: 66 FULHAM PARK GARDENS LIMITED.Company Number: 1144107. Date of Dissolution: 26th January 1982. Section and Act: Section 353 of 1948. Title: Leasehold. Title Number: NGL246885. Lease: A Lease dated 21st March 1974 and made between Anthony Roger Mellows and the Company (2). Property: The property situated at 66 Fulham Park Gardens, Hammersmith, being the land comprised in the above-mentioned Title and demised by the above-mentioned Lease. The Solicitor for the Affairs of Her Majesty’s Treasury, of Queen Anne’s Chambers, 28 Broadway, London SW1H 9JS (DX 123420 St. James’s Park). In pursuance of the powers granted by section 656 of the Companies Act 1985, the Treasury Solicitor as nominee for the Crown (in whom the property and rights of the Company vested, pursuant to section 354 of the Companies Act 1948, when the Company was dissolved on the above-mentioned date, hereby disclaims the Crown’s title (if any) in the property the vesting of the property having come to his notice on 3rd November 1999.
