Notice is hereby given that the Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames intends to carry
out substantial road works as follows: Cranes Park Avenue, Surbiton

Subject to the exemptions in the Act and regulations under it, no street works may
be executed for a period of 12 months from completion of the works listed above without
consent of the said Highway Authority, Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames, which
