Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of Members of the above-named Companies will be held consecutively at the offices of Hacker Young and Partners, St. James Building, 79 Oxford Street, Manchester M1 6HT, on 31st August 2000, commencing at 10 a.m., for the purpose of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the Companies property disposed of, and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
